1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, accessing, or using Medivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a medical practice, clinic, hospital, or healthcare company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Clinical & Medical Responsibility
Medivo is a Practice Management and Workflow Tool: Medivo is designed to assist with appointment scheduling, patient registration, clinical documentation, prescription printing, and billing. Medivo does not provide medical advice or clinical diagnosis. Healthcare practitioners remain solely responsible for all patient diagnoses, drug prescriptions, and medical care provided.
3. Account Security & Authorized Users
Medical center administrators are responsible for managing staff user accounts, assigning appropriate role-based permissions (Reception, Nurse, Doctor, Cashier, Admin), and ensuring credentials are not shared across multiple staff members.
4. Clinic Data Ownership & Portability
You retain full intellectual property and ownership rights over all patient files, invoices, receipts, and clinical records uploaded to Medivo. Upon termination of service, your clinic is entitled to a full export of your patient data in standard formats (CSV / PDF archive).
5. Service Availability & Offline Operation
While we target 99.9% uptime for cloud synchronization services, Medivo includes offline-first capability to ensure essential reception, consultation, and receipting functions remain operable locally during connectivity disruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medivo Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from internet interruptions, hardware failures, or clinical decisions made by medical staff.
7. Modifications & Inquiries
We may update these terms periodically to reflect new system capabilities. Continued use of Medivo constitutes acceptance of modified terms. For inquiries, contact legal@medivo.live.
